what is wrong with Unity-player (Garbled Screen)

Hey guys, its not my video-card because League of legends works fine, and Unity works fine in the Editor but whenever i make a build to play on my computer and run it i end up with a Garbled screen:

64-bit 2009 mac pro desktop making a 64bit build. x86 build shows the same results. used to work fine until this week. :)
