Cloth attached to "Weights"?

Fast question, I have done a cylinder and made it interactive cloth. A collider attached at the top makes the cylinder hang nice the roof like a wire.

Can I attach the bottom part of the cylinder to another mesh? For example, like a lamp is hanging in a wire.

How is this done?
