model obj crash in unity software,Import .obj crash in unity software

Hello, I use a 3D simulation software that works with Unity, I am in charge of importing 3D areas that I do with Sketchup and Infraworks. 3D models import well except that if they have a solid color so no textures the model no longer works. I can't find any online solutions, I really need help.
