fbx file get broken into separate meshes after imporitng it into Unity from Blender
I'm new to Unity and Blender, I'm working on an mobile phone model, completed modelling, texturing etc. I done following steps successfully: 1. I selected the whole object (mobile). 2. Exported as .fbx file. 3. imported in Unity.
Main issue came from here : 4. the mobile parts gets separated in Assets work area, so many animations of each mesh came with importing. 5. Main animation is not there.
What should I do? Anyone please help...
It sounds like your mesh is made out of multiple objects in Blender. Can you tell me everything underneath your scene tab in Blender? (top right corner of the screen by default)
Yes! it contains so many objects, Actually I downloaded the mobile model from a site and added some more objects in it like - Display glass, Battery, RA$$anonymous$$ etc., after that animated it in Blender and imported in Unity, on importing all was spoiled. :(
I think so, sometimes it takes very long time to import it, may be 40 - 50 $$anonymous$$utes. How can I reduce the vertices ?
