Import problem from 3DS Max
Hello to everyone, is my first post here and i need your help! I have a project for my university in which i have to create a building in 3ds max and after that to import it to unity for virtual presentation. I am new in unity and i am confused. The problems are these: First i tried to import fbx or 3ds file to unity but the result was my 3d model appearing destroyed:

and when i tried to import it as .obj file i had problem with textures like this (also the glass in the windows appear it pink and not transparent like 3ds max) https://www.dropbox.com/s/6g8iyz6yc36c0hs/Untitled-2.jpg?dl=0
also i dont know what to do with fps controller.Is walking through the walls something that i dont want. Sorry for my english, maybe my questions are fool but i am new to unity. Help me if u can because I have to deliver this project the next week. Thank you for your time.
