Unity Editor not able to get configured proxy

I am running Unity 2018.2.7f1 behind proxy in Mac, I have configured HTTP and HTTPS proxy and my Unity asset store works but I am not able to download any of the asset neither I am able to fetch libraries like android gradle dependencies used in Vuforia sample project.

How to configure proxy for unity editor?
