My unity player says i need to install it, (when i try to play a game powered by unity) and i already have installed it.

This problem occurred after a while of working properly.It says it needs to be installed. I already have it installed. Sometimes it says that unity doesn't support this plugin. I looked up this same question and found an extraordinarily complicated answer that im not sure would even work for my PC.
