Set openGL as default renderer without command line force switch
I'm aware of the -force-opengl
command line argument but I'm wondering if there's any way to tell my unity application to always use openGL instead of D3D9 on Windows without a command line argument.
Any way to accomplish this?

Not that I know of. Personally I just added that commandline parameter to the Unity-entries found in my startmenu and quicklaunch and so on. That way I don't have to start it by hand...
Yes but if I have to deploy my app to end-users I should enforce those links to have the --force-opengl parameter as well. That is something I'd like to avoid
