Question by zagahlo · Aug 22, 2013 at 10:53 PM · lightingshadowrealtime

Shadow problem

I have an issue with real time and baked shadows.

In this video you can see the problem.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aJWmuDSp5fw

My "player" box casts shadows, the walls receive very well the realtime shadow but... the shadow crosses the wall.

Any idea about why this happens?

P.D. I forgot to say that, the previously shadow on the ground made by the wall, is baked. Only the "player" shadow is in real time.

Does it happen if you mark your wall as "static" in the inspector?

Independently if the wall is static or not, the shadow still goes across it

Its just, you can walk right through it...

Are you just using standard shaders/materials?

Are you just using standard shaders/materials?
