Unity continusly reimport scripts when i open visual studio?

I have unity 4.6.0b21 installed, with Unity visual studio tools and Visual studio ultimate 2013. When i open a script or the solution unity starts reimporting and recompiling script continusly, making impossible to me modify scripts in VS or work with unity until i close visual studio. Is a bug? How i can fix this?

(Yesterday all was working perfectly, i not have installed anything or updated anything.)

This seems happening only with one project, all other projects are working good.
