How can I use a Company Name?
Hi, I wanna know more about "Company Name" in "Player Settings"... I need just to create a Company Name to use? I need to check if anyone is using this name? I need to patent this Company name? After public the game, If I use this Company Name in Play Store, The Company Name will be mine?
Sorry if it was simple questions, but I don't know what I need to do in Company Name... I already have a name, but I dunno if I can use it or how that name can be mine
If you have a company registered with that name, then you are free to use it as pleased. If not just make sure the name is not in relation to any well known or major company. (Ketchapp for example).
If by chance another registered company has the same name, they will most likely ask to change your name before taking legal actions. I suggest doing your research regarding the name you have in mind before using it to trade as.
