Oculus Rift DK2 display offset

So I am supper excited because my Oculus Rift DK2 came in the other day and I am trying to get it set up to work with my unity project. I am using the free version of Unity 4.5.5 which is the version that DOES support Oculus Rift. I can run the demos that came with the SDK no problem but I am having a really annoying issue when I try to build anything in Unity. Whether I am using Tuscany Demo included with the SDK or building from my own scene when I run the stand alone I can see the Oculus is tracking correctly but the image appears to be offset significantly to the left. It looks like it is not being stretched properly across the Oculus's screen.

I have tried mirroring all of the settings in the Documentation but it does not seem to be having any effect. out of curiosity I set the resolution to 10x10 in the Resolution and Presentation section of the player settings and when it ran I saw no changes.

Any clues as to how to make this work? I assume I am just missing some check box and it is defaulting to some settings and ignoring mine. Thanks in advance for any help!

Found this: https://developer.oculusvr.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=37&t=11159☆t=20

Followed the settings best I could (some options were grayed out) and it worked! Maybe needs DX11?
