Need help with import from blender to unity!

Hey guy's. I need help with my model. When i import it its all different and i have to change some settings just to see my textures. I messed with the import settings just to be able to see my textures. before my rooof was all brown and i did not color it what so ever. It is not show in the pictures though.

Im new to game development so I have no clue what to do. Is it UV mapping? I dont know if im supposed to uv map like this but i highlited the whole outside wall, smart uv mapped it in blender, added the texture, then created a material and texture for it. Im accepting any tips haha. Thanks for the help! I already tried to import FBX and it's still the same

Duplicate Question!

Blender materials wont import. You need to make your UV map, which Will import. Then import your textures separately. Nodes are not supported.

Okay, so I think im making my model corectly, I just have to change the material to the correct textures in unity? When i did this it came out fine, but do i have to do this every single time?
