Bones with Unity?
Hey, I was wondering how can I get bones to work from 3ds Max?
I put bones on my model (Testing with a simple cylinder first), and it doesnt do anything... Like, I remember seeing this video of a guy with a rope I believe, and when he moved the rope around, the model moved accordingly, like in real life. I remember I was looking up bones, but I can't find the video now, and I just want to know how I can do this easier...
So if you know how, could you tell me?

You can add bones to your objects inside Unity. In unity they're just called "hinge joints" instead of "bones".

If you have Unity3D 3.0 you could also open the Bootcamp demo, the building (where the mission ends) has a lamp hanging on the seiling. This lamp uses the Hinge Joint technique.
