fbx shading problem...
Hey guys, I have this problem that if I import an object from blender to unity it makes a weird shade and I have the fbx importer set to calculate tangents and split tangents... Maybe you can help... Image is attached.... Thanks!
I can't see the image you've included, so it's hard to guess. :P But often, weird shading artifacts on imported FBX's can be mitigated by manipulating the smoothing angle. Try to mess with that slider a little and reimport it over and over to see which setting gives the best result.
I have also seen odd appearances of imported FBX's when the scaling factor was set to something very low. It seemed it might've had trouble with floating point accuracy when calculating normals.
