Texture tutorial
Hey guys what's up? I was wondering if there was a tutorial to create 2Dtextures for 3d games (symbols, designs, buttons...) PS: If it helps I'm using Blender 3d
You can get textures any where. If you want to make one you either need artistic talent with something like photoshop, or a high res camera and time. Google it. And if your in the need of textures, try http://www.cgtextures.com/. They are of the highest quality for free.
The prob. is I'm trying to make a logo so I can't just download 1. But I appreciate the link 10x.
What exactly (in detail) do you hope to achieve?
Example:
I have a few interface buttons in my 3d game, how do i create the images?
or
I have a 3d model of a signpost, how do I create a texture for it?
@Ben Stoneman pretty much everything buttons, tabs, logos, even particle textures. :P
