i cant log in
i downloaded unity and i haven’t been able to log in . Every time i log into my account and select the personal licences option i get an error message saying "something went wrong”. I tried manually activating it and i got the license error. Please help!
Or, since screenshots aren't Searchable, a little more description. In the last sentence "the license error" -- does that mean the SomethingWentWrong popup again?
Then, any details about the install. Usually this happens with a school computer, made in 1992 in Guam, kept in the magnet closet ... .
Are you filling in the correct credentials? If not, make sure you are typing your username/email and password exactly as you filled it out when creating your Unity account. You might want to try changing your Unity account password and then try logging in again.
If none of this works, try restarting your computer.
