Is it possible to change the shader of collision bodies in editor?
Well, working collision out with only wireframe is a pretty hell. It would be MUCH better to have some transparent kind of shader applied to these bodies, so you could clearly see how the primitive is crossing the mesh. Is this possible someway?

Not possible, but you could request such a feature on feedback.unity3d.com.
