How to export or unpack unity prefabs?
I wan't to edit the soldier from Bootcamp to add more animations and weapons but how can I export him so I can do this in blender?

You can't; Blender doesn't import fbx files.
You don't need to extract anything, just take the assets from the project.
Thats the problem when I try to it's ether a unitypackage or a prefab when I export.

you can't edit him in blender but as far as i can see you CAN edit him in anim8or
