How to design a terrain paint tool in script by TerrainPaintTool？

I just found a link where the unity office showed some code. https://docs.unity3d.com/ScriptReference/Experimental.TerrainAPI.TerrainPaintTool_1.html However, I don't know how to use this 'MyPaintHeightTool ' in the editor like EditorWindow. How to use it? Thanks in advance!
