Create UI in Scene Window only
My question is if there is any way to make a component/object have an embellished image (like the Camera, for example) that only appears in the Scene Window.
Like what the Camera has:

There actually is a little thing in the inspector window that allow you to make a little colored tabs to stand out in the scene view; it is located right next to where tag is located, you can even give that little tab a name and there are like 8 colors to choose from. EDIT You can find it here; didn't know this but you can assign your own images it appears too
