2d Game Kit (Teleporting between Scenes with Inventory Items doesnt work),Game 2d kit inventory system doesnt work properly

I used unitys game 2d kit and made different scenes in which there are several keys but when i collect a key and then go to an other scene and then go back i loose all my items i collected and the transitionsStart script stopped working too. It workt a for several hours but all off a sudden this happend...
