teleport point switch to new scene

I've seen this question posted, but without answers. I'm trying to use a teleport point to load a new scene. I've made sure to add all the scenes in the build, but I can't get the transport to a new scene to work. I'm using the Steam script-- did not write my own. Any help greatly appreciated.
