I cannot find the setting to enable the configuration menu.
Basically, when I run my build it doesn't come up with the configuration menu. This is someone else's screenshot of what menu I'm talking about. 
Instead of this menu popping up, it launches strait into the game and I can't change resolution or quality. These are my settings: 
I don't know if they removed this menu or moved the settings for it somewhere else. I heard it's got to do with the "Display Resolution Dialog" setting but it's not there anymore. https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/class-PlayerSettingsStandalone.html
I'm using version 2019.3.10f1 Personal.

Same here, it was the only way for me to have an input editor for the player.
