How to move hands of Model towards mouse position?

Hi guys, I'm facing a problem where i want the hands of my Model (downloaded from Mixamo) to be moving with my camera. Whenever I try to do it, the prefab gets destroyed and I lose the animation. My hands doesn't move in the X axis.
