After enabling auto generate mode in lighting setting everything turns white
When I turn on the "auto generate" button, everything turns white. Before turning on the "auto generate button:

After that, if I turn off this button back, then everything will remain the same white until I restart the Editor.
I am using 2020.1.12f1 unity version on ubuntu 20.04

have you waited for the auoto generate light to stop computing? if you disable autogenerate light and press generate light manually what happens?
I can see shadows, so possibly fog is on? If you create a fresh new unity project and generate the lighting, is it still white? Make sure that the light isn't being baked, instead, set it to mixed or realtime to generate the lights faster.
It turns out that the whole problem was in the wrong skybox material, which for some reason turned on automatically when I turned on the auto-generation of light(sorry for English)

I solved this problem by running this project in an older version of Unity (2019.4.20f1) and finding that the skybox material was white, after which I changed it to "None"
