why versions 4.5.2, and 4.5.1 don't get installed in MacOS

I am unable to install versions 4.5.2 an 4.5.1 downloaded from web page, on my MACBOOK PRO. Is there any pre-requisite I am missing? In the same computer I have installed previous versions of Unity.
