Trouble Launching Unity Web Player

I had trouble launching the Unity Web player. I had the player installed and it runs fine in my Firefox but it keeps asking "install Unity Web Player" message in my IE and TOR browser. I know the player was installed. I tried uninstalling it then restart my computer before reinstalling it. Again, it works in my firefox but not my other browser. Can someone kindly help?
