How do I create an Installer for Win 64Bit to pack a Unity Standalone

I am developing on a mac. Now I try to create a Setup Installer for my Windows 64 Bit - builds. For that I created several 64 Bit Installers with Inno Setup. (Wizard, adapted Example scripts, without compression,…)

After installing the Game on my Win 7 64 Bit Laptop with the Setup made by Inno Setup, the Game won't start. The installed folder is on the right place in the "Applications" folder for 64Bit Apps. The Game.exe and the Game_Data folder seem to be similar to the original built. After clicking the Game exe, the blue ring turns around for approx. 2 sec. and then nothing happens.

If I delete the installed file and folder (copied by the Setup installer), and drag the original Unity created file and folder into the Application folder, the game works fine.

I would appreciate any hint, where the fault might be.

If I'm starting the Game using right click As Ad$$anonymous$$istrator, everything is O$$anonymous$$.

Did you ever resolve this (running as ad$$anonymous$$ aside)?
