how can I move a project from one computer to another?,how can I move a project from one computer to another

I start using unity in another computer, now I buy a new one. How I have to do for can continue to working at the same project in the new computer? It takes two months for do only the background, i don't want to re-do all, please help me. I use unity for me, only for making games to share with my family.,
