Game stopped loading levels

The game lets hunt started to freeze and not load hunting sessions for many players of the game, although some players are still able to play. This happened soon after a new level had been added to the game. How can this be fixed?,I play this game through unity player and a few days ago it would load the game but would start to load the hunting sessions but then freeze.I know many other players are having this problem. But I can also see that some players are still able to play the game. Can anyone help?
