how to select weapon in main menu

Hi, I'm going to the game menu, pick up a gun or replace the previous, and much code to test, but I was not! How can I implement this Code(like dead trigger menu)

One way to go about this is to make an Empty GameObject with DontDestroyOnLoad() and on the object create a script named PlayerSettings (or whatever you want).

In the script create some variables for equipment ( weapon_slot_1, weapon_slot_2, grenade_slot_1, etc.) and assign the weapons the player chooses to them.

Then when you enter the game, simply load the equipment to your weapon manager script (assuming you have one).
