What is Unity looking for in the sdk folder to accapt it? (UNity 5.5.2f)
Yeah ive been stuffing around with this for 2 days now. The unity tutorial says to run "android" after downloading and it opens an SDk manager. It doesnt.
Finally after 6 hours I tried using an older version referencesd in another thread. (tools r25.2.5)
This one actually opens the sdk manager yay. But that step in the tutorial says all the default things you need are selected by default, they wernt. So I selected the first 3 options as they looked like the obviouse choices and API 4.0 and 4.4 (ics and kitkat i think).
Now everything seems fine. It installed a tonn of stuff. But unity still wont accapt the build tools. It just asks for the folder every time. I tried giving it the bin folder the libraries alsmot every subdirecty in there. The root folder etc.
Ive tried install indroid studio completely and giving the sdk folder it uses and still nope.
What is it looking for? What are the actual files it needs. Im going nutz.
