SOS: Errors on play despite successful build

I am able to build to any platform successfully and my game runs fine in the editor but once it's built the screen is blank after the splash screen.

Using the dev console in build i get these errors:

1:

The referenced script on this Behaviour is missing! (Filename: C:/buildslave/unity/build/Runtime/Mono/MonoBehaviour.cpp Line: 1562)

2:

The referenced script on this Behaviour is missing! (Filename: C:/buildslave/unity/build/Runtime/Mono/MonoBehaviour.cpp Line: 1715)

A script behaviour has a different serialization layout when loading. (Read 32 bytes but expected 84 bytes) Did you #ifdef UNITY_EDITOR a section of your serialized properties in any of your scripts? (Filename: C:/buildslave/unity/build/Runtime/Serialize/SerializedFile.cpp Line: 1652)

My game is a bunch of PNG files in Texture2D format. Maybe 5-6 layers at any time all with animators. Some of the textures range from 1k-2k resolution if that helps.

I have already tried Reimport All to no avail.

I can play just fine with no errors whatsoever. Only after building does this occur. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
