When will Chinese fix be ported to 4.6 (IOS 9)?
I have an issue with chinese characters showing as [?] on 4.6.8 on Ipad (IOS 9)
Thread refers to this issue: http://forum.unity3d.com/threads/ios-9-support-for-chinese-fonts.352042/
And here is the fixed bug (goes into 5.2.1): http://issuetracker.unity3d.com/issues/ios-some-unicode-characters-not-displayed
But it doesn't say when it will be ported to 4.6.
This is not something we can answer here. We, community, have just as much access to information as you.
Ask on the forums for quicker access to the relevant Unity staff.
It is said that the issue has been fixed in 4.6.8p2 http://forum.unity3d.com/threads/ios-9-support-for-chinese-fonts.352042/#post-2356132
And may be this: (718387), (720698) - iOS: Fixed system dynamic font support on iOS 9 where only the first font could be read from certain font collections and font substitutes, as identified by the OS, were not handled.
I'll try it next week.
