Cannot load associated script when .meta file exists
Greetings.
I used a Unity-compatible .gitignore
file, committed the project to a new branch and made sure the .meta
files of the different scripts were committed too.
Even then I still get the "the associated script cannot be loaded after clone" error. I did Assets > Reimport
all too.
Edit: when I loaded back the original project folder (no files were changed at all!) the same errors occurred: Unity could not find some object and couldn't load the scripts. This behavior was observed on another machine using the original project files.
Many thanks.
