Integrating CefSharp into Unity

I was looking at a game called stonehearth and I saw that the devs are embedding webkit in the game for the UI, and make the UI using web technologies only. Searched in google for "how to embed webkit" and found out about CefSharp. From what I understood, it's a port of CEF to C#.

Do you think that embedding CefSharp in a Unity game is doable? And practical? I'm asking this because I'm already familiar with web technologies and standards and if possible, I'd like to code the UI for my game using HTML.
