Unity editor like Hammer editor?
Is there any way to draw geometry and add a tile texture to this like in hammer editor or unreal engine?
Not that familiar with Unreal Engine or Hammer but if you just mean add a primitive and scale, like add a cube then stretch it to be longer and higher into a wall then you just want GameObject Add 3D and select Cube or Sphere etc. Or you can make planes. There's also the Terrain that you can use built in tools to shape hills, or valleys on so on.

Check out SabreCSG. Its a CSG tool that lets you add and subtract brushes like in source. You can also do all the texturing like in hammer
