unity crashes on upload to VRChat ,uploading a model to VRchat

when i try to upload a model to VRChat my unity freaks out and plays the scene in the background so it wont upload iv tried fixing it didn't work i tried uninstalling and reinstalling still doing it anyone know how to fix this problem ??
