Unity freezes on play when using Unity Test Tools

When pressing play, Unity freezes. I've isolated the cause to be Unity Test Tools. Even with a blank new project, when I import Unity Test Tools, about every second play causes whole Unity to freeze and I have to kill the whole process.

Any help?
