Graphics.Blit moves screen one pixel up

I'm having the weirdest issue. When I use forward rendering and does any sort of post effect that calls Blit (SSAO, Bloom And Lens Flares, etc.) all pixels in the screen jumps up one spot. It doesn't appear to do so for Deferred.

Furthermore turning on DirectX 11 seems to get rid of it as well, but since I can't count on users having DirectX 11, it's still very much an issue.

Normally this would be a non-issue, but when I turn on Anti Aliasing, the entire screen jumps back to the right spot, but since the SSAO was calculated on a skewed image, it leaves a bright outline on the top sides of any geometry causing SSAO, like this:
