Splash screen with Unity 3.4.2f3 and XCode 4.3.3
I have Unity 3.4.2f3 with iOS and Android packages. When ever I attempt to compile to the iPhone, I get the message
You are using Unity iPhone Basic. You are not allowed to remove the Unity splash screen from your game
However, I have not changed nor removed the splash screen, nor do I intend to.
Many people have written about this problem with Unity 3.5, however, I do not want to upgrade, because learning Unity is at best a side project for me. I can't downgrade XCode as I use that professionally, and I would much rather not replace libraries as suggested in other threads.
Is there an officially fix for this?

In one of those threads, $$anonymous$$antas says that it's fixed in 3.5. Current release is 3.5.5 .. you are outdated at this point, and likely to run into other mobile OS issues and compatibility problems going forward. Just my 02. Not what you want to hear, I'm sure :)
I'd be happy to hear this and upgrade if it didn't mean losing iOS support!
$$anonymous$$ight as well now, though, since it sounds like I've lost iOS support anyway.
