How to get unity splash screen to work on ios device

Hello, Does anybody know how or the necessary steps to take to get the unity splash screen show on ios device? I am pretty much done with my ios game except getting my splash screen to work properly on ios device. I have tried different approaches but none of them seems to work. I have played around with the different splash screen types but still nothing happens. The best I got was this image: but I actually want a blue screen with my logo in the middle but everything i have tried doesnt seem to work. I read their manual and I thought that changing the launch screen type to image with background could help but that gave me that image which is the closest I have got to getting a splash screen and mostly i dont even getting anything to show but just a dark screen. Any help or experience with getting splash screen to work on ios. Thank you.
