Ragdoll problem with MCS character model when morph is applied

I got the MCS Male figure to work fine with ragdoll physics using the ragdoll wizard, but whenever I try to apply a morph that effects the joint position, the character ragdoll behaves unexpected and glitches through the floor/objects. The same glitch happens whether I use the ragdoll wizard before or after applying the morph. Without Morph Applied: alt text
