Performance concerns when checking for triggers
I'd like to understand a little bit better the unity internals, so I could trust more my architecture when using the engine.
Some of my questions are around the trigger system.
How does unity engine check for trigger's collision? Does it check each scene's trigger on each frame? And how about the OnTriggerStay ? Does a collider check the OnTriggerStay method even if there's no implementation at the script? Would it try to shoot OnTriggerStay for every rigidBody in triggerZone even if there's no implementation of it?
