Hello What are you trying to achieve? ( define works good vs bad)

scaling up your terrain will cause the resolution of the splat maps/detail maps/ height maps to not be proportional to your upscale. Increase the resolution of your maps and you will have to re-texture that spot. Though, it MAY be possible to scale up your splat/detail resolutions before you scale the terrain up, but I have not tried that
Whats happening: You have a texture/splat map painted on your terrain. You scaled the terrain up to 5000x5000 from 1000x1000. As far as unity is concerned it is doing exactly what your asked. Your terrain got 5 times bigger and your splatmap/detail map had to fit the new scale of your terrain, essentially "stretching" it across your terrain.
Imagine if you had a 256x256 image. You scaled up the image size to 512x512. Your image fits the 512x512 space but it does not hold the same information per pixel. It has all become stretched.
I understand, i change resolution of map and it works good
