How to stop the terrain from being blurry
I just made a terrain with a width of 20000 and a length of 20000. When I added a terrain texture, it came out very oddly and I could see the pixels in the texture. Here is a picture of what it looks like:
How could I make the terrain look normal (Just to let you know, I'm not new with Unity and I've been using it for almost a year now, just I haven't ever made a terrain this big).
what are the settings on the imported texture in the Unity editor? Try increasing the Aniso level or changing the filter mode. Hope that helps
I'm not using an imported texture. This is the "Good Dirt" texture that comes with the default Terrain Assets package.
Select the texture in unity and check the settings in the editor, even though it comes from the Terrain Assets package you can still edit the settings and by default the ansio level is very low.
