Asset Bundles Lerpz Tutorial for Android

I am trying to get the assetbundle tutorial to work for Android. It works in the editor but not on the actual Android device. After switching to android, I have done Assets > Auto Build Resource Files

I get errors such as :

java.io.FileNotFoundException

I have added the Android else if to InstantiateResource.js StartDownload() function:

else if(Application.platform == RuntimePlatform.Android) download = new WWW("jar:file://" + Application.dataPath + "!/../AssetBundles/" + url);

How do you reference a local assetbundle?
