A Blank IOS Project That I Build Is Massive At 300MB

Hi, I'm in the middle of making a IOS game and when I built it I saw that the file was huge. So then I thought I'd make a blank project and build that then see the size of it, to my shock I saw it was 300mb and thought I must be doing something wrong. I was wondering if someone could tell me if theres something I need to do, thank you.
