About Play Console restrictions...

Hey guys I'm an indie game developer living in Iran, dealing with plenty of censorship issues under this IP but still going through...

The question is,

Will Google restrict my account if It finds out I'm using VPN or some IP changer thing?

And what's the cost?, whole account or idk, blocking the revenue or sth?

And if it's ok with vpn...

Is it safe to switch back to normal IP for the rest of the time I'm using my phone/laptop or should I get an Always-On VPN running in the background all of the time?
